Fru Eliza Nelson, 87 år, bosiddende på 3704 Main Street Northeast, Columbia Heights, døde lørdag aften i sin datters hjem, fru Arthur Swanson, 3710 Marshall Street Northeast. Fru Nelson havde boet på adressen på Main Street i 47 år og siges at være den ældste borger i Columbia Heights målt på uafbrudt bopæl. Hun blev født i Norge. De efterladte er, ud over fru Swanson, to sønner, Knute O. Nelson, Minneapolis, og Oscar F. Nelson, Duluth, samt to børnebørn i Minneapolis. Begravelsen finder sted i morgen kl. 14.30 i Burr-begravelseshuset, 3040 Lyndale Avenue South.

Mrs. Eliza Nelson, 87, of 3704 Main street northeast Columbia Heights, died Saturday night in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Swanson, 3710 Marshall Street northeast. Mrs. Nelson had lived at the Main street address 47 years and was said to be the oldest citizen in Columbia Heights from a standpoint of continuous residence. She was born in Norway. Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Swanson, are two sons, Knute O. Nelson, Minneapolis, and Oscar F. Nelson, Duluth, and two grandchildren in Minneapolis.
